• Lesson Truth: God has power over whatever circumstances we are in, including those that seem difficult or dangerous.
• Lesson Aim: Lead adults to acknowledge God has power over whatever circumstances they are in and to describe situations in which knowing this truth helps them.

Day 3

• Life Question: Amazing! God’s Power Over Sin
• Lesson Passages: Luke 2:25-38; Acts 10:43; 1 Corinthians 15:3-4
• Lesson Truth: God has power over sin and offers us forgiveness through Jesus.
• Lesson Aim: Lead adults to agree God has power over sin and offers them forgiveness through Jesus. Encourage adults to place their faith in Jesus or, if already Christians, to discover actions they can take to thank God for their forgiveness.

Day 4

• Life Question: Amazing! God’s Power Over Death
• Lesson Passages: John 19:30,40-42; 20:1-11,15-18
• Lesson Truth: We know God has power over death because

  He raised Jesus from the grave.

• Lesson Aim: Lead adults to confess God has power over death and to evaluate how well they show their belief that God will resurrect them.

Day 5

• Lesson Passages: Acts 5:17-24,29-34,38-42
• Lesson Truth: God has power over our lives and provides that power for whatever He wants us to do.
• Lesson Aim: Lead adults to indicate God has power over their lives and to determine a specific action God wants them to take and for which they will need and rely on His power.
