Registration Policy for International Camps
An early-registration deposit of $50 per person saves your spot and is due at the time of registration if registration takes place before January 15, 2009. The deposit is refundable if cancelled on or before January 15, 2009. After that date, no registration money will be refunded.
Permanent registration payment (i.e., half of the remaining balance for the entire group) is due on January 15, 2009 and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due in full by April 15, 2009. Any groups wanting to register after January 14th will be required to pay the amount due for permanent registration. No monies are refundable after January 15, 2009, regardless of the amount paid, nor may they be applied to any balance. All participating students must have completed 9th grade--except for the Canadian camps, which are open to students who have completed the 7th grade.
