The Rose Factor
The Rose Factor consists of Worship Leaders Thomas and Dita Rose. They have 3 amazing kids Jrew, Jazzlyn, and Stella Joy. Thomas is the Music and Creative Arts Pastor of Mosaic Nashville in urban Nashville, Tennessee. Both Thomas and Dita have a deep longing to see people of all ages, cultures and backgrounds worship God unashamedly with their whole heart, soul, mind and strength. The Rose Factor recently released on iTunes, their 2nd album Connective: Worship Collective. They also recently recorded a single called Run To You for a Beth Moore devotional called Praying God’s Word on Prayergates.com and is currently working with Producer Tedd T. who has produced records for artist such as For King and Country, MuteMath, David Crowder, Andy Mineo, Toby Mac, Carmen and Delirious. Thomas and Dita have been leading youth and college students in worship at camps and retreats all over the US for many years and have a unique gift of blending different genres of music together to create a sincere sound that connects everyone to the presence of God. They have ministered with quality hearts like Gary Morgan, Dave Edwards, Chad Poe, and artists like Big Daddy Weave, Russ Lee of Newsong, James Tealy and Jamie Smith. They also have had the opportunity to lead worship at Centrifuge Camps in Taigon, South Korea. Thomas and Dita are originally from Charleston, SC and went to Charleston Southern University. They love leading D-nows and retreats and hope to plan a few over sea ministry adventures as they have a heart for the global church as well as the local Church community. They have written, recorded, and rearranged songs such as “Beautiful Picture” “Nothing but the Blood,” “Sit Here awhile,” and recently recorded and released a heartfelt arrangement Hillsong United’s “Oceans (Where Feet May Fail).” Thomas states that, “Music is a powerful instrument of Worship to God, but an even greater instrument of Worship…Your life!” For more info checkout therosefactor.me.
