Nicholas Allen began as the Student Pastor at Rolling Hills Community Church in August of 2007. Nic grew up in Montgomery, Alabama, and in Charlotte, North Carolina, and attended Appalachian State University. Nic holds a B.S. degree in Applied Communication with a minor in Religion and has completed 60 hours of M.Div course work. His experience in ministry began in 1998 when some guys at the North Carolina Baptist State Convention took a chance and gave him the opportunity to serve as an Associate Campus Minister and to lead Youth Evangelism Camps during the summer of 1999. He spent two years taking students to cities in the northeast to serve alongside church planters in areas of evangelism and service. He became a Student Pastor in 2001 and has served churches in North Carolina and Florida, and as a FUGE Camp Pastor since 2005. Nic and his wife, Susan, live in Spring Hill with their daughters, Lillie Cate and Nora Blake, and their Cocker Spaniel, Molly.
