2010 Centrifuge SLA
The FUGE Student Leader Apprentice (SLA) program is a two-week experience for students who are about to enter or who have just completed their senior year in High School. The program is designed for students who love camp and want to learn more about leadership. This year FUGE is offering two SLA experiences for you to pick from:
Centrifuge SLA Experience at Glorieta Conference Center in New Mexico:
- Cost: $690 (this includes everything except for extra spending money and transportation to and from the program)
- Adventure recreation based, you will be participating in adventure recreation with the other SLA students as well as an overnight backpacking trip
- During your second week of the program you will shadow and learn from a Centrifuge Staffer
Centrifuge Glorieta 2010 SLA Dates:
- June 7-19
- June 14-26
- June 21 – July 3
- June 28 – July 10
- July 5-17
M-Fuge SLA Experience at Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee:
- Cost: $648 (this includes everything except for extra spending money and transportation to and from the program)
- Ministry based, you will be participating in mission sites together with other SLA students
- During your second week of the program you will shadow and learn from an M-Fuge Staffer

- June 7-19
- June 14-26
- June 21 – July 3
- June 28 – July 10
- July 5-17
- July 12-24

Send your Application and 3 Reference Forms into the FUGE office by
February 1, 2010. You will receive notification of your status
in the program before March 1, 2010. NOTE: Even though the application deadline for SLA has passed, we will still accept complete applications through March 31st, 2010. Applications received after the Feb 1st deadline will only be considered if space is still available.
